Salvation Army Corps Community
Accord provided assistance for the Salvation Army for more than 10 years prior to the construction of the Corps Community Center on a new site on the west side of Mason City. Accord assisted the Salvation Army in studying numerous sites all over Mason City prior to settling on this one. The 19,314 SF Center includes a chapel for 200 seats, business area, classrooms, large storage areas for donations, Adult Day Care, Tutor Plus after school program and more. On this same site, Accord and Henkel also constructed a 5,720 SF Thrift Store. This project has been well received by the Mason City community and the fundraising effort within the community is testimony to the project.
