Accord Architecture

Accord Architecture was recently hired by the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa to determine the feasibility and design a master plan renovation and addition(s) to their existing house, which was built in the early 1900's. Accord's design includes new, more expansive study rooms, a new patient sleeping wing (dormitory), renovation of the house-mother apartment, updated finishes and improvements to the infrastructure. In 2009, Accord is studying the historic preservation possibilities for this buildiing in concert with the renovation and addition improvements.
